22 Pushups Challenge

To be honest, it started out harder than I expected. If you had asked me a few years back to give you 50 pushups any time of the day. I would have done it in a heartbeat. Forward 5 years, and it was tough for me to finish 10 in a single set. But luckily I didn’t give up and made sure I complete 22 pushups every single day. Day 16th, now I can achieve 22 pushups in a single set and plan to increase the challenge to 30 pushups every day. In total, till today I have done 352 pushups

50 Kms Run in a Month

This is not going at all as I wanted it to. This is Day 16th, and I’ve only completed about 9 out of 50 km. I will be gaining speed now and try to do at least 5 km in each run. For my inconsistency in the running, I can easily blame the weather because it’s burning in Dubai this month. But there are no excuses, I got lazy. That’s it.
