The dates smoothies are the most healthiest ones. It has natural sweetness in it and has a good source of energy.
Here’s one of my chosen smoothie recipes to get you energized.
Step 1: Organize your ingredients
– 6-7 dates
– 1 banana
– 1/2 cup of almond milk
– 2 teaspoon of almond butter
Step 2: Start your blender
First remove the hard pit from the dates and chop them subtly. Now add them with almond milk, banana and almond butter in your blender Jar, put the lid on and blend until all the ingredients are melded sagely.
Step 3: Serve to gulp
Once the ingredients are blended properly and have formed a thick creamy texture, pour it into a glass and serve.
This date smoothie is just heaven, I totally loved it!
