Who says Oreo cannot be HEALTHY?

What if we style a drink, which has Oreo as its main ingredient, and at the same time its healthy too? Oreo smoothies are the best – Trust me, especially when you are stressed because the opposite of stressed is desserts…. But in my case it’s the healthy desserts. Don’t believe me? Just follow these simple steps and your mouth-watering drink is ready to be slugged.

Step 1: Organize your ingredients

  • 5-6 Oreo cookies
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of vanilla yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon of roasted oats

Step 2: Start your blender

First put banana, milk and vanilla yogurt in your blender Jar, put the lid on and blend until all the ingredients are fused.

Now add 4 Oreo cookies and blend until your smoothie is creamy without any leftover pieces.

Step 3: Serve to gulp

Set a glass base with some crumbled Oreos. You can use a small spoon for setting the base. I prefer to keep the set glass in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes. Once the ingredients are blended properly and have formed a thick creamy texture, pour it into the glass with crumbled Oreo base and garnish it with some  dash of left over crumbled Oreos.

It’s time to indulge this pleasing drink without the guilt.
