Quick Wholesome Smoothies

Smoothies can be the handsome approach to jerk the day, especially as they’re so quick and easy to make. As I am such a smoothie addict, apparently all fruit tastes delightful when blended together.

Here are two of my preferred smoothie recipes:

  • The Triggering Smoothie: – Strawberry, Banana, coconut & Almond

I love the delicious simplicity of the flavors and the natural sweetness of the bananas and strawberries; my favorite way to enjoy it is to blend the fruits into a deliciously smooth, sweet drink.

Step 1: Organize your ingredients

  • 6-7 big strawberries
  • 1 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk

Step 2: Start your blender

First put strawberries, ripe bananas and milk in your blender Jar, put the lid on and blend until smooth. You can add the quantity of milk as per your preference. If you like your smoothie less thick then add more almond milk and vise a versa.

Step 3: Serve to drink

Once the ingredients are blended properly and have formed a texture as per your requirement, pour it into a glass and garnish it with half cut strawberry.

Delight every drop of it.

  • The Nourishing Smoothies:- Strawberry, Peach, Banana & Almond

The combination of banana, peach and strawberry is really special – it’s so pleasingly. The banana gives a creamy texture and the strawberries, peach create it sweet and soft and at the same time do wonders for your body.
